Today, I have called for a cab from my home destination to my work destination around 2:34 pm. When I called the dispatcher, she was pretending like she did not comprehend what I have said to her. I told her the address two times in a clear and calm tone, but got aggravated by the third time she has asked again. When the cab arrived, I told the cab driver the destination address, but he went to the wrong address, even through I have told him the right one two times. The driver that the dispatcher assigned to me doesn’t speak English and barely knows how to read and pay attention to where is the destination. Even if when address is written in their native language (Spanish), they still don’t understand what it says. I don’t know how this company hires the most unethical, idiotic, rude, and unprofessional people to work there. For further information, I want a driver who speaks English, comprehends to what I tell them, and provides excellent customer service. The dispatcher needs to be confronted, she is dismissive, rude, unprofessional, she cuts off me every time I’m about to inform her the address. When this dispatcher is on the line, she doesn’t listen to what I have told, even that means telling her five times. Please get more English-speaking employees, people who are more qualified, and no more disrespectful/ dismissive dispatchers. The male dispatcher is more respectful and professional than the female dispatcher. I don’t care if one calls me xenophobic or racist. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their driver was extremely rude and tried to convince me that it was okay for him to pull off without me strapping my 7 year old daughter in her seatbelt first. It’s not even the first time that I’ve had a nasty altercation with this company but it certainly will be my last.
